Effortlessly Enhance Your Demo with Simple AI Requests
What is AI Wizard?
The AI Wizard is a powerful tool that lets you create AI prompts to make precise changes in your demo using Find and Replace rules. It understands your requests and modifies all relevant content in the demo accordingly, helping you tell a better story with minimal effort.
How Does It Work?
-
Open the AI Wizard - from the left-side toolbox.
-
Enter Your Request - Type in the relevant AI prompt for the page you're working on. For example, if you want to switch the language from English to French, simply enter, "Switch the language to French."
-
Click "Apply" - The AI Wizard will display all the text that will be replaced and the new text that will be inserted. You can exclude any text by unchecking the boxes next to it. If the changes don’t match your expectations, you can regenerate the prompt for a better fit.
Important Note:
While the prompt may apply to a general use case, it is tied to the specific page where it was created. The changes will affect the entire demo where matching text is found. However, if you move to another page that wasn’t included when the prompt was first generated, the changes won’t be applied unless you run the prompt on that page as well.
How to Apply a Prompt to Multiple Pages:
-
Navigate to the page where you want to apply the prompt.
-
Open the relevant tile in the manager.
-
Click on "Apply to Page."
When you're on a specific page, any prompt tiles with a blue stroke around the icon indicate that those prompts are active on that page.
Managing AI Rules
Each AI rule you create using the AI Wizard is automatically converted into Find and Replace (F&R) text rules. These rules allow you to manage and apply changes across your demo seamlessly.
In the Find and Replace (Text) Manager, you'll find collapsed groups of rules that were generated by specific AI prompts. Each group named after the particular prompt, which making it easy to track and manage the changes made by the AI Wizard.
From the F&R manager you can simply control each rule within the group as a stand alone rule, while when managing an AI wizard rule, it will impact the entire find and replace rules that were created.
For example - when deleting an AI rule that was creating a f&R group that contains 40 rules, the entire group will be deleted.
