Install the Demostack-HubSpot Integration

Note: Only Demostack Admins can setup this integration.

 

  1. Verify User Permissions

    Confirm that you have administrative privileges on both Demostack and HubSpot. These permissions are essential for completing the integration.

     

  2. Navigate to Integrations

    In Demostack, navigate to Organization settings page (cog icon in the upper right-hand corner), then select the Integrations tab.

     

  3. Choose HubSpot Integration

    Find the HubSpot integration tile and click on 'Connect'.

  4. Authorize Demostack in HubSpot

    You'll be redirected to HubSpot to authorize the Demostack application. Make sure you select the correct HubSpot account, then click 'Choose account” to provide Demostack the necessary permissions.

  5. Confirm the Integration

    Once you've authorized Demostack in HubSpot, you'll be redirected back to Demostack. You should see a confirmation message indicating that the integration was successful.

     

  6. Test the Integration

    To verify that the integration is functioning correctly, create a test lead in Demostack. Check in HubSpot to ensure the "Contact" object was automatically created with the appropriate visitor information and activity data.

 

You can enhance your insights by using the Integration Filter for Contact Activity in HubSpot. Here's how:

  1. Select the Contact

    Start by clicking on the specific contact whose activity you're interested in filtering.

  2. Locate the Activity Section

    On the profile page of the chosen contact, navigate to the 'Activity' section. This part showcases the history of interactions the contact has had with your business.

  3. Find the 'Filter Activity' Option

    Within the 'Activity' section, you'll notice an option labeled 'Filter activity' above the list of interactions.

  4. Open the Filter

    Click on the 'Filter activity' option to open a dropdown menu, which provides various filter criteria.

  5. Choose 'Integration'

    In the dropdown menu, select the 'Integration' filter.

  6. Select 'Demostack'

    Upon selecting 'Integration', you'll be presented with a list of your integrated apps. From this list, choose 'Demostack'.

  7. Apply the Filter

    After choosing 'Demostack', click 'Apply'. This action will filter the contact's activity to only display interactions associated with your Demostack integration.

With this filter applied, you're now equipped to more easily analyze the specific interactions of the contact within your Demostack environment. This focused view can provide valuable insights for improving engagement and nurturing leads.
