Pre-Call

Use DemoStack to engage prospects before the call. This includes:

  • Guided product tours
  • Sandboxes with guardrails
  • Website-based demos or embedded YouTube walkthroughs

In-Call


Deliver live, engaging demos with:
  • Clone-based or overlay demos
  • Playbooks (bundled assets)
  • Editable, personalized experiences with speaker notes and custom variables

Post-Call


Share leave-behinds for continued engagement:
  • Interactive product tours
  • Sandboxes for hands-on exploration
  • Branded assets with access controls and expiration settings

Core DemoStack Functions

  • Clones & Overlays:
    • Clone: Simulated version of your app
    • Overlay: Live app enhanced with DemoStack features
  • Editing & Personalization:
    Use the editor to customize demos with prospect names, company details, images, and speaker notes.
  • Presenting & Sharing:
    Present a single demo or a playbook. Share links can be restricted by email, domain, or open with business email validation.

Playbooks

Playbooks are bundled assets that offer a seamless experience. These can include:

  • Multiple demos
  • Product tours
  • External documentation (e.g., Help Center articles)

Use the speaker panel (hidden by default) to navigate assets during a demo without changing tabs. Hotkeys are available for easy switching between assets.


Analytics

DemoStack provides detailed analytics across all stages:

  • Demos given
  • Sandbox visits
  • Tour completion rates
  • Session-level insights (e.g., presenter, duration, opportunity)
