      Share Demos Internally

      Distribute demo assets to your team with enhanced permissions, platform preferences, and easier sign-up.

      How it works

      1. Navigate to a demo or playbook you want to distribute to members of your team. 
      2. Click the 'Share' button 
      3. Click 'Share Internally'

      4. Configure Platform Preference:

        1. Desktop : Best for full feature access and smooth performance
        2. Web : Convenient for quick access from any browser

      5. Configure Access

        1. Workspace Restricted : Only people with access to the asset workspace can open the link
        2. Organization Wide: Any organization member can join the workspace and open the link
        3. Permissive: People outside the asset workspace are allowed to present (no edit access)

      6. Link Settings

        1. You can allow new users (users without a Demostack account), to sign up for a Demostack account

      7. Demo Version

        1. By default, 'Auto sync: Latest' is on. This means that changes made to the underlying demo assets are immediately reflected in the share link
        2. You can also configure a share link to use a specific version.
