Measure how often each asset is included in Playbook demos, giving you deeper insights into content effectiveness.
What Are Playbooks?
Playbooks are a structured way to guide and present demos, helping teams showcase their product with a consistent and engaging experience. Each Playbook consists of assets (demos, tours, and webpages) that are used during demos.
Why This Matters
- Identify high-performing assets that are frequently used.
- Spot low-performing assets that may need updates or removal.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize your Playbooks.
Where to Find Asset Usage Data
- Navigate to the Playbook Info Page.
- Go to the Overview tab.
- Locate the Assets table, where each asset now has a usage bar representing its inclusion rate.
How Asset Usage is Calculated
- The usage bar visually represents how often an asset is included in demos.
- Hover over the usage bar to see:
- The percentage of demos that included the asset.
- The total number of demos where the asset was used.
- Adjust the timeframe using the filter at the top to analyze usage over different periods.
- Tracking is based on actual user interaction—an asset must be actively engaged with, not just opened in a tab.
Important Notes
🔹 External web pages are excluded as Demostack currently cannot track their engagement.
